NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REZONE OF LOTS 3D AND 3F, USS 3563

The Valdez Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 212 Chenega Ave.

The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony concerning a proposed rezone of Lots 3D and 3F, USS 3563, Plat 2000-4 (3260, 3270, and 3280 Richardson Highway) to Commercial Residential. This proposed rezone has been initiated by the Planning and Zoning Commission.

The property owners are Stephanie Holcomb (Lot 3F) and Wayne H. Brandenburger (Lot 3D).

The public is encouraged to attend the hearing to provide comments or may submit comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Submissions by email may be sent to bwall@valdezak.gov.
