VALDEZ – KVAK’s Laurie Prax interviewed USCG Lieutenant Alexander Henry and Mo Radotich of the DEC to find out what happens when a boat sinks in the Valdez Harbor. Henry provided tips to keep boats from sinking. Radotich shared information about what happens after the boat sinks and how DEC plays a role.
