3/18/2020 – As Bike Bash occurs after the current public closures time, at this point, we plan to run it. However, we have made many changes.

1. We have removed financial incentive for signing up early, so people can wait to be sure they feel well, have not been exposed and there is no outbreak before signing up.
2. We are communicating that we are happy to issue a full refund, even cancellations the day of the race.
3. We will be using, and providing anti-viral sprays
4. We will post signs reminding of handwashing, symptoms, etc.
5. We are encouraging everyone to become educated regarding transmission, and to follow personal safety precautions.
6.     We shortened the parade
7.     We cancelled the following parts of the event:

group volunteer training

Fri evening adult party

Treasure Ride

Sat evening activity

This leaves only short outside youth activity, outside races, and outside Bike & Bark.

If a race has more than 10 entrants it will be divided into male and female heats.

We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments.
