Fishing Flashback Patricia Johnson on Spending 2018 Derby Winnings
In 2018, Patricia Johnson caught a 285.8 lb halibut that won her the Valdez Halibut Derby and a grand prize of $10,000. Johnson, now set on becoming an angler, plans on using the money to buy a cooler for fish and to help finance her future fishing adventures. Johson might have hooked the derby winning fish, but it seems that fishing has hooked her too.
