Flaggers from Department of Transportation are no longer stationed at Glacier Stream Bridge in Valdez as visibility has improved in that area. Robert Dunning from DOT said the winds are still strong in Thompson Pass and the Richardson Highway is still closed. DOT is closely monitoring road conditions and visibility on the Richardson Highway and will provide an update later this afternoon.
