Port of Call Updates TBD
The Port of Valdez is hard at work to provide the community of Valdez with the most up to date information regarding 2020 ports of call. The volume of news stories recently published regarding cruise line activity has prompted a public notice to assure local businesses and community members that City and Port staff are well-apprised of industry shifts and working with cruise agents, tourism boards, and government agencies to reach solid conclusions regarding the effects to the 2020 port of call schedule. While it is possible ports of call will be cancelled through July 1, 2020, an official update will not be issued until agency and operational decisions are finalized.
